Pricing depends on the garment complexity, number of pattern pieces, construction details, fabric behavior, size range, sampling needs, technical documentation tier, and requested deliverables.

After reviewing your design and goals, we will provide a detailed project quote that outlines the recommended scope, estimated timeline, and pricing.

A 50% deposit, calculated from the lower end of the estimated project range, is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or deliverables are released.

A 1.8% monthly late fee applies to unpaid balances after a seven-day grace period, where permitted by law.

NOTE: Samples, shipping, materials, sourcing purchases, manufacturer charges, and third-party services are billed separately unless specifically included in your quote.

We do not currently operate an in-house production facility.

When your style is ready for production, we can introduce you to manufacturing partners that may be a fit for your product category, production quantity, location preference, and budget. We work with domestic and overseas manufacturing resources.

A referral does not guarantee a factory’s pricing, availability, quality, lead time, or acceptance of a project. Final manufacturing agreements are made directly between your brand and the manufacturer.

This added qualifier is important because pattern development and tech packs support factory communication, but a factory’s actual output remains dependent on its own execution, materials, workforce, quality-control process, and approved pre-production sample.
